Sensible heat
Sensible heat is heat exchanged by a thermodynamic system that changes the temperature of the system without changing some variables such as volume or pressure.
The amount of sensible heat required is calculated using the following equation:
\[Q = mc \Delta T \]
where
Q is sensible heat in J
m is mass of the object in kg
c is the specific heat of the material in J/Kg K
\[Q = mc \Delta T \] is the change in temperature change in heat in J
