Steps are needed to improve primary education conditions:
- The proper infrastructure should be constructed and qualified teachers should be appointed.
- The performance based salary system should be implemented so that unqualified teachers can get a lesson and they do the seriously teaching.
- In private schools, private publishers should be banned and the same curriculum should be implemented at the national level.
- The teaching work should be made enjoyable, and audio-video methods should also be educated to children.
- A monitoring committee should be set up in each district so that each school can be periodically inspected and the teaching level information can be obtained.
