Triple Divorce or Divorce-A-Bidta was one such social evil that the women of Muslim class had to suffer. With the triple divorce declared invalid by the Supreme Court, Muslim women have not only received relief but also have a way to empower their position in the society. In this regard, sensitization was also carried out by the government and the Triple Divorce Bill was quickly passed from the Lok Sabha. At present, this bill is pending in the Rajya Sabha.
Better coordination between Executive, Legislature and Judiciary in relation to Triple Divorce:

- The Supreme Court has not only declared Triple Divorce illegal but also issued instructions to the Central Government to make the law as early as possible.
- The Supreme Court's directive was taken seriously by the government and presented a bill for illegal triple divorce and protection of rights of Muslim women.
- The name of this bill, presented by the Central Government, was given to Muslim women (Muslim Women Protection of rights on marriage). This bill, presented by the Central Government, has also been passed by the Lok Sabha, but due to opposition from Opposition parties, this bill has not been passed from the Rajya Sabha. Now it is most likely to be passed in the upcoming budget session.
