Let's say that you are the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a company, which makes specialized electronic equipment used by a government department. You have submitted your bid to the department to supply the equipment. Both the quality and cost of your offers are better than your competitors. On this, the concerned officer is seeking thick bribe to pass the tender. Getting the order received will mean the closure of the production line. It can also affect your own career. Yet, as a worth-conscious person, you do not want to bribe. Valid arguments can be given for bribery and getting orders, and refusing to give bribe and leaving the order out of hand. What can this logic be? Can there be a better way to get out of this religion crisis? If so, present this outline, pointing to the goodness of this third path.

The following logic can be presented in relation to obtaining an order for the company by giving bribe: -
