Way forward:
1.India need continuous effort in participation and involvement of women's in technical, professional and other like manager, participation in politics and economic development.
2. However India has achieved good ranked in education of girl but there should more multi dimensional approach is need to involvement active participation of women in economic and social development.
3. India will need a new generation of female political leadership, the report added. Even on this parameter, women account for less than 20% of all ministerial jobs and parliamentary seats.
