FEATURES OF BHIMBETKA CAVES:
1. They are large and majestic and smooth surfaces of some rocks suggest that they are under water for at some point of time
2. They date back to 100000 to 30000 years ago and the paintings are superimposed on older ones which suggest the evidence that caves being used by humans through various periods of time
3. Paintings of Upper paleolithic age are in Red and Green and images og hunting of large anials like bison and elephnats are seen and paintings of Mesolithic period are seen where hunting with spears,bow and arrow are seen
