Naxalbari movement had started with Mujumdar and murder of Police in North eastern side west Bengal in 1967 and still this movement is increasing day to day for their social demand, economic and other.
Why it remain same situation and what are the disparity among the Naxalbari people.
1. Increse in the political influence in local area.
2. Naxalbari people are shelter in forest and now days because rapid urbanisation and deforestation it hearts their sovernity.
3. Illegal land acquisition by politician people.
4. Poverty, hunger and lack of infrastructure facility like in dry season they look of glass of water but they do not access it.
5. Disturbance from local civilians and people.
What needs to be done:
1.Providing employment opportunities.
2. A democratic atmosphere should be created in the State. The government should respect people's right to fight for their democratic demands.
3.Strong legal action against civilians who held in fake encounters and disturbance.
4. Implement land reforms. Handover to the occupants the endowment, government, and forest land and lands belonging to landlords already occupied by that people.
5. Implementation agriculture land and providing adjusted knowlwdge.
6.Prepare a permanent and integrated plan for tackling the drought situation.
CONCLUSION:This people do not change according to govt will therefore govt should try to met demand for these people and save from internal threats to economy.
