You are keen to become an IAS officer and after crossing different steps when you were going towards the interview site for a personal interview, you saw an accident where a mother and child who was your relative, the accident Were badly injured due to They needed immediate help. What would you have done in such a situation? Explain the rationale of your action.

It is related to the conflict between personal interest and social interest. On the one hand, where my future is at stake, on the other hand the lives of two people injured in the accident are at stake. In this type of situation,

The following steps are taken by me-

First of all I have arranged first aid (first aid) such as prevention of blood flow to the injured mother and child. It is known that one hour after the accident is quite critical. If the assistance is provided to the injured during this time, the probability of surviving their life increases by up to 70 percent.

After first treatment, I will be called by immediate close friends and relatives, so that they can be reached for help immediately.

At the same time, I will also be using emergency police service (Dial 100) and Emergency Ambulance Service (Dial 102) so that adequate medical assistance can be provided to the injured as soon as possible.

If none of the above is arranged, then I will immediately arrange for the injured to be taken to the nearest hospital and will go to the doctor and medical staff for all the information and make the interview.

This process may take some time and I may be delayed for the interview, but I have full faith that after giving all the conditions, I will be given an opportunity by the commission. To confirm my point, I will present all the information related to the incident i.e. to the Commission.

If the opportunity is not given by the Commission, whose probability is very low, then I will challenge the commission's decision because my side is ethical and correct. Although the Commission has been bound by the rules and laws and is following the fixed procedure, there is no meaning of such rules and regulations which are not in the interest of human and society.

After the interview, I will go to the hospital quickly and arrange for the best possible treatment of the injured.

The discharge of the obligation mentioned above to the injured will not be merely because they are my relatives, but if someone was unaware of their place, then I am discharged above the same obligation by me. Being a future civil servant and, above all, being a human being and responsible citizen is my duty to save lives.

In this way, through the above steps, I will be able to reconcile between my personal interests and social interests and I will be able to discharge our responsibilities in a proper manner.
