(Plato) Law is not required to tell good people to work responsibly, whereas poor people find a way to do irresponsible work from the law.

People's work only includes them in the category of good or bad. If a person works in a responsible way, then he knows what his actions are for himself and for the society.

If a person is responsible, then he himself will do such acts which are in the interest of the society. He does not direct the law and chooses ethical acts based on his conscience. For example, if a person helps a sick and helpless person, then he does this task while understanding his social responsibility. No law directs that person to help a sick and helpless person, even though he is responsible, so does this task.

On the other hand, those who are irresponsible people find a way out of the law, so that they can do wrong things. For example, a Code of Conduct has been prepared for civil servants, according to which civil servants have to work. But there are very few civil servants who implement it. Non-responsible civil servants find a way to escape and get involved in corruption.

It is thus clear that there is no law required for good people to act responsibly, whereas bad people take the wrong way from the law only for wrong work.
