Regional security is always a bone of contention for India due to it's unfriendly neighborhood. Recent fracture in the u.s - pak relationship has given signal to India to remain cautious with respect to it's regional security.
How it will be a problem to india-
* USA has kept for the various ill actions and intention of Pakistan at bay. Pak was thwarted from taking any step to threaten regional security just because it doesn't want to loose the aid it receive from USA.
* The vacuum created by the USA can be taken up by assertive China which can be a problem for india.
*USA was earlier in obama era was acting as a global police man with aim of maintaining global peace.e.g. killing of osamabin laden was one of them. Backstep of usa will gave chance to terrorist organization to give effect to their ill aims.
*It will hamper the indian effort to maintaing peace process in Afghanistan.
*Rise of linkage of organised crime and terrorism can be seen in Pakistan.
This fracture in relationship can help india-
* USA being anti Pakistan can be use by India for thwarting Pakistan.
* Lack of financial aid will create problem in Pakistan to indirectly support various terror outfits.
* India can join with us to conduct anti terrorism operation in Pakistan to ensure regional security.
CONCLUSION:Relationship fracture has come with both opportunity and problem it depends upon India how it utlize it to maintain peace and Harmony in the region.
