Impartiality is an ability of not taking sides without thorough thinking of a situtaion rationally and objectively. Being biased is very fundamental to being human. to ensure impartiality in professional or personal life we must do the followinng:
1) Keep objectivity and rationality in mind to every situation. Eg: it is said that in HSRA all the strategies were made by sukhdev rather than bhagat singh because of his objectivity attitude
2) Keep your intrinsic values high and Do not held prejudice regarding anybody's social or physical attributes. every human being is equal. eg: Gandhiji leaded the nation with a stick in one hand, a white drape over a body and high thinking in mind.
3) Do everything with passion and emotion for everyone rather being emotional.
4) Always think the impact your decisions will make on the least privileged: Ex: famous Gandhian talisman
5) Try to adopt the approach of maximum good to maximum people.
6) Be humble and keep arrogance at bay while discharging your duties.
CONCLUSION:Nobody is born perfect. everyone has shortcomings but while taking a responsibility you have to look at the bigger picture and it can only be done by being impartial to any cause.
