Social justice and empowerment minister Dr. Virendra Kumar launched PM DAKSH partal and PM-DAKSH mobile app developed by the ministry of social justice and empowerment.
It has been launched in collaboration with negd , to make the skill development scheme accessible to the target group .
PM-DAKSH ( pardhan mantri dakshta aur kushlta sampan hitgrahal) is being implemented by the ministry social justice and empowerment from 2020-21
