Battle of Chausa (1539)-
- When Humayun was in conflict with Bahadurshah than Sher Khan Extended his power to a large extent. When Humayun reached Bengal to oppress Sher Khan, He had looted Bengal. Sher Khan attacked the returning army of Mughals. Battle took place at the bank of river Ganga between Sher Khan and Humayun. Mughals lost the battle.
Battle of Kannauj (Bilgrama) (1540)-
- This battle happened between armies Humayun and Sher Khan. On 15 May, 1540 due to heavy rains Mughals pavilion was filled with water. When Mughal army was moving towards higher lands on 17 may on the order of Humayun. They were IP attacked by afghans. In this battle, Mughals was unable to use it's artillery, so they lost the battle. Sher Khan captured Delhi and Agra.
- After the battle of Kannauj, Humayun had to flee around India here and there but Sher Khan followed him as he was found on vocatiing Humayun form India. He went to Iran after leaving India. He lived his 15 years (1540 to 1555) in Extile. After the death of Sher Shah, Afgan had splitted. When Humayun heard this news he made plans of Capturing India again. And made them work. In starting of 1555 he captured Lahore. After winning the battle of Machiveer on 15 May, 1555 he won Punjab and Captured it. On 22 June, 1555 he won the battle of Sarhind, he defeated to Sikander Soor and ended the rule of Afgans from India once for all.
- In July 1555, he reconqured Delhi, but destiny played him out as he did not rule for many days. He died in January 1556.
