Cloud Computing

Cloud computing is a general term for the delivery of services over the internet. It will provide shared computer processing resources and data to computers and other devices on demand. The main benefits of this are, self service provisioning, elasticity and pay per use.Cloud Computing provides the security for the consumer's data or software or application.

Three  Deployment models of Cloud Computing are,

  • Private Cloud: is  a cloud infrastructure operated solely for a single organization. This model offers versatility and convenience.
  • Public Cloud : is a cloud which provides  the services which are rendered over a network that is open for public use. Technically there is much diffrence between private and public cloud ,but in security check may be change.
  • Hybrid cloud :  is a combination of public cloud services and on-premises private cloud -- with orchestration and automation between the two.

Three Service Models of Cloud Computing are:

  • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) : It provides the virtual server to the consumer to deploy and run  their softwares, which can include operating systems and applications.
  • Platform as a Service (PaaS): It provides host development tools on their infrastructures. Users access these tools over the internet using APIs, web portals or gateway software.
  • Software as a Service (SaaS): It provides  consumers to use the application provided by other providers. This application can accessible from any client devices.
