Ethics towards customers demand truth in advertising and promotion, delivering on promises, giving rule for money, redressal for complaint and meeting appropriate expectation of quality, price, delivery, warranty and guarantee etc., ahead of the consumer protection law.
'Ethics' is a word of Latin language which is derived from 'ethos' ( which is a word of Greek dictionary). It means morallis or morality. In other word custom a tradition of social life.
