The Indian border with the Pakistan is burning in the scorching fire with more than 700 cease fire in the last year. Recent cease fire two three days back has resulted in death of soldier and two civilian.
This gave rise to debate how this frequent cease fire can be stop.
Following measure can be adopted-
* Confidence building measure - Indian army should engage with Pakistani army to build cross border relationship so that trust and confidence can be built. Lesson can be taken from doklam issue how China and India reported that contentious issue.
* Dialogue - bilateral talks between the defense minister of both the country so that a peaceful solution can be carved out.
*India can use regional groups like SAARC; SCO etc to built pressure on Pakistan to stop cease fire violation on borders.
*India can use its diplomatic relationship with China to let understand Pakistan I'll affect of cease fire in border area.
* Deployment of Advance technology e.g. drones which can monitor activities on border and provide early warning of actions by Pakistan.
* Stern retaliation - India can give answer back in case Pakistan resorts cease fire.
* India can take up this issue in UN and Garner support of members to stop Pakistan from such activities.
CONCLUSION:
Cease fire cause damage to civilian. It is tactic of Pakistan. Pakistan is tried to wage a low intensity war in order to trample peace and tranquility in the region. India should give them a face breaking reply so that violation could be stopped and peace can be maintained in the region.
