President have emergency power whether it is national emergency, state emergency , financial emergency
President have judicial power, military power and financial powers
According to Article 352 president of India can proclaim national emergency
National emergency is being proclaimed 3 time in India

- In1971 and
- In 1975
state emergency can be extended for maximum period of 3 years with the approval of parliament in 6 month.
