Noun: A noun is the name of the person, place, thing, and feeling.
Eg. Mohan, Agra, book, happiness etc.

Kind of noun
There are 5 kinds of noun:
- Proper noun
- Common noun
- Collective noun
- Material noun
- Abstract noun
Proper noun : Proper noun is the name of particular person, particular place, and particular thing.
Eg.
- Mohan, Sita, Krishna, Radha
- Agra, Delhi, America, Switzerland
- Ramayana, Mahabharata, Life boy soap.
Common noun :The noun which are common called common noun.
Eg.
- Boy, girl, men, women, cow, cat.
- City, school, park, bank, railway station
- Chair, book, pen, bag etc.
Collective noun : The noun which are found in collection or group called collective noun.
Eg.
A team of players, a collection of cloths, a group of boys, a bunch of keys etc
Material noun: The metal or material by which the things are made called material noun.
Eg. Copper, silver, gold, tea, water, ghee, etc.
Abstract Noun: The noun which can not found in concrete form and can not be touched only be felt. They may be name of quality, condition or action etc.
Eg. Wisdom, humanity, pride, bravery, childhood etc.
