Pronoun

A pronoun is a word used in the place of noun

Eg.

  1. Mohan goes to school.    He wears blue dress.
  2. Sita is a good girl. She wake up early in the morning.

Kinds of pronouns

Pronouns are of  7  kinds

1. Personal pronoun : Pronouns which are used in the place of person.

I, we, you, he, she, it, they.

2. Relative pronouns : They are shows relation the noun going before, called relative pronoun.

Who, which, that 

👌 Who is used for person

👌 Which is used for thing

👌* That is used for both person and thing

3. Reflexive pronoun : when the action done by subject reflects upon the subject.

Myself, yourself, himself, herself, itself, ourselves themselves

  1.  I hurt myself.
  2. We hurt ourselves.
  3. They hurt themselves.

4. Demonstrative pronoun:  pronouns used to point out the objects to which they refer are called demonstrative pronouns.

This, that, these, those 

👉 This book is mine.

👉These boys are playing.

👉 That pen is black.

👉 Those pens are red.

5. Indefinite pronoun : The pronoun which are used in general way and for not any particular person are called indefinite pronoun.

Everybody , somebody, nobody, anybody, everyone, someone, no one, anyone, something, nothing, anything, all, some, both, any, most, enough, few, many, none, one, other, others.

6. Interrogative pronoun: who, which, what, whoever, whatsoever, whomever, etc.
