Order :  Let +sub.+be+V3rd form

Acctive Passive
Switch on the light. Let the light be switched on
Post this letter. Let this letter be posted.
Don't insult the poor. Let the poor not be insulted.

Advice :    Sub + should be +V3rd form

Acctive.           Passive
Help the helpless The helpless should be helped
Respect your elder Your elder should be respected

Request or permission

You are requested to +V + ob. (all given)

Acctive Passive
Please give me a book You are requested to give me a book.
Kindly post this letter You are requested to post this letter.

Use of Let in Imperative sentence and it's passive

1. Let me do this work. 

Let this work be done by me. (Passive)

2. Let us sing.

It is suggested that we should sing.                                                          (Passive)              Note : Above senteces we saw two types No. 1 is show request and 2. shows suggestion hence there are two structure.

Eg. No. 2
