- He walk slowly.
- Therefore he fined.

Note : Above all words written in bold are adverb and they all are modifying different parts of speech.
Kinds of adverbs
1. Adverbs of time : which show when or time expressing word.
Today, tomorrow, since, before, instantly, immediately, recently, shortly, presently, at present, the day before yesterday, the day before tomorrow, soon, early, already, daily, ago, just, just now, now, lately, late, next year, next month, next week, last, last year, etc.
Eg.
- I have heard this before.
- Vikas will soon return.
- I have not seen him since.
- The end soon came.
- He called here a few minutes ago.
Note: the above sentences, adverbs are showing the event time when it occurred.
2. Adverbs of place : shows where or place expressing word.
Here, there, hither, thither, up, within, in, inside, everywhere, somewhere, nowhere, anywhere, without, above, below, far, near, backward, inside, outside, outdoors, indoors etc.
Eg.
- He plays outdoors.
- He live indoors.
- Walk backward.
- She looked up.
- Stand here.
- Go there.
3. Adverbs of manner : shows how or in what way.
Fast, hard, conveniently, firm, doubtfully, well, certainly, agreebly, so, seriously, faithfully, lovingly, clearly, beautifully, fluently, carefully, badly, soundly, loudly, wisely, foolishly, bravely, ......etc.
Eg.
- Is that so?
- I was agreebly disappointed.
- He runs fast.
- She works hard.
- They went slowly.
