Girls from familieswith rupees 3 lacs or less advance income will be given monetary assistance of rupees 15000 in six faces starting from birth till they passed out of school under the kanya sukanya yojana.
Announced in the 2019-19 budget the scheme will be implemented from April 1
the first installment of rupees 2,000 will be deposited in the account of the child at 12 second installment of rupees 1000 will be deposited when the girls gets vaccination in thefirst year of birth the next instrument of rupees 2,000 rupees 2000 and 3000 will be deposited when the child take admission in class first class 6th and class 9th respectively the final installment of rupees 6000 will be released when the girl take admission in a graduate course or 2 years diploma course after class 12th August born not before April 2018 and who have received their first vaccination will also be eligible for the scheme.
government sources said that to be eligible for the scheme the family needs to long to u p for which date will have to produce documentary evidence like aadhar ration card or voter ID card.the government has introduced a performance-based incentive program for anganwadi workers the scheme will be implemented in retrospect from February 1st 2019.
